Education : Graduates / MBA / CA

Experience : 2 - 4 years.

Team Leader Credit Mid Office

Objective

The primary responsibility of the incumbent would be to ensure credit appraisals are adequately approved, relevant documents for various facilities are prepared, disbursement notice is prepared and some covenants as specified in the appraisals are tracked. The role would also involved interaction with credit back office to ensure disbursement process is smooth.
Responsibilities

Checking if all credit appraisals are adequately approved and conform to internal as well as RBI guidelines
-Prepare legal documents. Should be aware of various clauses in legal documents
-Co-ordinate with credit back office
-Ensure covenant tracking

Essential competencies

- Should have adequate knowledge of corporate banking products and associated documentation
- Must be conversant in Microsoft office products (especially Excel)
- Should be a team player and should know how to prioritize tasks

Qualifications and relevant experience



Should preferably be from a commerce background

Persons with relevant work experience would also be suitable
