Position: Relationship VP / Sr. VP – Emerging Corporates Banking Location : MUMBAI Job Description Acquiring new & growing existing relationships; proactively identifying needs of customers through, Managing relationships with the promoters/owner managers of client, Crystallizing value added deals with clients having high fee potential, Developing & Managing a team of RMs / Sr. RM's, Overall direction & training, Grooming for becoming future TL, Cross selling all the Banks product offerings. Essential competencies: The candidate should be highly motivated, Confident and have Good Communication skills. He should have a working knowledge of finance, and should be able to take initiative and be a Team player. Qualifications: MBA [Only tier I / Tier II campuses] or Chartered Accountant (preferably rank holder) with relevant banking experience.
