| ICICI Prudential Certificate Program in Insurance Management - Assured job offer after completion of course in 6 months (including 3 months PAID internship) The Certificate Program in Insurance Management (CPIM) is a 6 month work-study Program that will equip students with necessary knowledge & skills to become superior Insurance Sales professionals. The objective is to identify & nurture young talent to take up responsible positions within the organization over a period of time & provide a platform for them to learn & grow. The CPIM program aims to create “Industry ready professionals” who are ready to leap in their careers from Day 1. As such it has equal focus on conceptual areas & practical market skills. The 3 distinct advantages of CPIM The CPIM will really help fresh graduates to take a planned leap in their career immediately after graduation with 3 distinct advantages: * The ‘Learn’ Opportunity: Students selected for the program undergo a 6-month intensive grooming with equal emphasis on concept building & corporate skill building. It is divided into 3-month Classroom which covers management areas like Marketing, Finance, etc. & 3-month of live Internship stint with ICICI Prudential involving sales stint & live projects. Thus at the end of program each successful candidate is industry professional ready to perform. * The ‘Earn’ Opportunity: ICICI Prudential will pay each candidate a monthly stipend of Rs.5000/-, amounting to Rs.15,000/- during the 3-month internship period. * The Career Advance Opportunity The unique part of the program is that on successful completion of the program- including classroom as well as internship criteria, all students will be absorbed in ICICI Prudential Sales Channels as Unit Managers or Associate Financial Services Managers with a starting salary ranging between Rs.1,75,000 p.a. to Rs.3,25,000 p.a. + incentives. Those who successfully complete the program will get a joint certificate from IPru and the institution. Those who are not successful but participate for the entire duration will get a certificate of participation from the institution which can be leveraged for other similar career opportunities. Program Fees The total fees for the 6 month CPIM Program is Rs.39,500/- (excluding accommodation and boarding) The Selection Process Written Test Group Discussion Personal Interview Selection would be strictly on combined scores of the 3-step selection process. A merit list would be announced and the top ranking students would be provided with Offer Letters from ICICI Prudential. | |
