| Sr. Manager / Manager Currently we have urgent openings for Sr. Mangers & Managers for our Mumbai operations based at Andheri East. Please find the details description of the profile. • Preparation of daily /weekly delivery schedule for financial delivery • Discuss the planned schedule with FS process head • Planning work allocation team members update shift roster and review timesheets. • Maintain and roll out activity checklist for assigned clients • Review of financials before delivery to client/Madison • Review of Audit Schedule Review before delivery • Single point of contact for any issue related to assigned clients • Daily reporting on man power utilization and preparation of daily financial tracker • Identification of areas of process improvement • Trouble shooting • Team Management and Training and development of staff • Quarterly of list of open issues and dashboard for assigned clients. • Review financial errors in the standard error log and complete RCA. • Monthly MIS • Maintain FS - process maps, process notes • Maintain client specific and account specific policies and procedures Basic Educational Qualification - B.Com Preferred Additional Qualifications (if any) CA/Inter CA Desired Experience (yrs.) CA – 1 to 3 Years. B.Com – 5-7 years Preferred Age Group (yrs) 28 to 35 Preferred industry / organization background - FPO/BPO/KPO. Other Specific Competencies Desired - Should have sound accounting knowledge Desired Soft Skills - Good communication skill – Oral & written. The above positions require candidates to be self starter, team player, good in communication and willing ness to work in rotational shifts including night shift.
