Marketing Officer (Mall)

Assisting the Marketing Manager in implementation of marketing and promotional plans.
The effective management of the Marketing Officer in meeting the aims of the Marketing Department.
To manage the Marketing Department Budget and media relations.
The achievement of frequent, timely and positive media coverage and its programme across all available media.
To manage all aspects of print production POS / Billboard, receipts and distribution.
To manage and effectively use the acquired database as a primary marketing tool and plan innovative ideas and various mediums to retain them.
The delivery of a cost effective and appropriate annual advertising strategy within the agreed budget.
Identify & exploit new business opportunities. Maximization of any marketing opportunities available on the promotional mall space.
Active liaising with all the clients, builders, developers, media, tenants and advertising agencies.
Keeping track of all the proposed & upcoming projects.
Responsible for the recovery of all the outstanding payments.
Tap prospective clients either directly or through our affiliate partners / tenants for promotional space within the mall.
Gather intelligence on market performance, track & evaluate movement of market and accordingly recommend options for new projects.
Coordinating PR events and activities and act as the main point of contact for all tenant enquiries on a day to day basis.
Ability to interact with client, understand and fulfill client requirements with standard operating procedures, quality and time deliverables.
Executing key tactics identified in the marketing plan by writing briefs, coordinating production, managing critical paths, and monitoring budgets, tracking and reporting results.
Ensure all communication materials contain clear, consistent messages and comply with copyright and brand requirements
Develop Media and PR strategies that cover all activity streams for promotional campaigns, activities and events which meet operational and business requirement and support the achievement of marketing objectives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (ability to develop stand-alone content for both print and electronic communications from the get-go is a must)
Excellent project management skills – including the ability to role up one’s sleeves and do what’s needed to get the job done
