Sales Executives / Business Development Executives

Key responsibilities

New Business Development
 Conducting research to identify potential business opportunities and establishing personal contact with potential companies for business
 Selection, Identification &Segmentation of market opportunities
 Lead generation, lead qualification & prospecting for new clients
 Coordinating with Telemarketing team for lead generation and prospecting
 Making sales calls and follow-ups, achieving targeted sales volume.
 Making presentations to the middle management and upper management of the prospective clients

Client relations &Servicing
 Building strong relationships with existing clients by deploying efficient and effective account management and client servicing strategies
 Understanding business needs of the customers and customizing the product/deal accordingly
 Negotiating commercial terms and conditions of consulting with the clients.
 Generating repeat business from existing accounts
 Assisting the clients with site demonstrations

Reporting & documentation
 Reporting to Manager – for allocation of key accounts and targets
 Maintaining and submitting Sales Report on daily basis
 Preparing and submitting proposals

Revenue Generation
 Working within a team of executives and senior executives towards achieving common quarterly targets
 Converting the prospects into customers
 Cross-selling and upselling
