| Territory Sales Executive Designation: Territory Sales Executive Job profile & responsibilities: The Territory Executive shall be responsible for the entire marketing & sales activities in the assigned territory. He/She shall be a self managed person and shall work based at his/her residence. Reporting shall be directly with the head office over phone, e-mail & online forms. He/she shall be confident and genuine in sales approach, with good communication skill and pleasing interaction with the customers. Routine activities involve the following: Direct sales capmaign- Closing sales for our tour packages. Generating leads & follow-up. Identify & meet prospective customers. Customer requirement assessment & assist them in deciding upon a tour itinerary with us. Communicate with the Head Office to get the required back-end information, and close the sales. Carry out promotional campaign in the designated city among IT & other corporate Clients. Location(Territories): Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore Recruitment Terms: The recruitment shall be on probation for 1 year. After successful completion of probationary period, subject to the performance review, the candidate will be appointed as Territory Manager/Asst. Manager for that Particular Territory. Remuneration & Sales Targets: Basic Salary: Rs. 5000/- per month inclusive of all expenses. Target Bonus: Rs. 2500/- per month(Payable quarterly as Total Rs.7500/-, upon achievement of target) Incentive: 4% of sales exceeding the target. Sales Target for first quarter(3 months): Rs. 125000/- per month (approximately 5 sales per month) The targets will be revised every quarter. If a candidates consistently exceeds the target for 2 quarters, he will be eligible for additional incentives or a hike in the basic salary as decided by the management.
