Accounts Manager - To prepare MIS reports sitewise - To prepare monthly Cashflow statement - To ensure smooth payroll processing & accounting - Consolidating the data from HR, process the salary on monthly basis, Computation of Income tax for employees, Form 16, FBT Calculations, attending the queries of employees on income tax & reimbursements. - To ensure Closing of the books on Monthly Basis. - To Maintain Creditors & Debtors. - To Analyse the Monthly expenses, Variance Analysis with the Cost Centre Heads. - To Manage and ensure smooth Transactions with the banks and post transaction correspondence with the Banks. - To ensure planning & budgeting for all the departments. - To ensure finalization of annual accounts, statutory audit & tax Audit. - To Supervise legal & secretarial compliances.
