| Counter Sales Staff 1) Your Role - To serve as a critical link between the company and its customers - To promote the company's products aggressively and to close the sales and meet targets set daily, weekly and monthly. 2) Your Tasks - Prepare tester for sampling and to encourage trial by new/walk-in customers - Present products' attributes features and benefits to inform and educate customers - Overcome objections and close the sale - Record sales data and stock movement daily and report to the Retail Ops Executive - Maintain tidiness, cleanliness and attractive display of all items on the sales counter | |
