Sales Manager

Job Summary
*The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for PharmaSecure’s sales efforts within
his region. Will work based on set target.

*This individual will develop and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical
manufacturers to drive the company's sales pipeline. PharmaSecure solution is
integrated with the current manufacturing/packaging process, to serialize every drug
for verification option.

*He will also be responsible for Account Management of current customers to offer
enhanced services and repeat sales.

Responsibilities

*Identify, contact, and meet with prospective clients and strategic partners, work through
the enterprise sales process.

*Regularly report progress to Director-Sales against plan.

*Contact key people in pharmaceutical companies then employ a value-based sales
methodology to identify business problems and develop custom solutions.

*Be available for troubleshooting across a wide variety of issues related to project
implementation including but not limited to technical integration.

*Contact and meet clients, keeping abreast of associated developments and
requirements.

*Remain aware of competitive landscape and innovative trends within the
pharmaceutical marketplace. Provide ideas and suggestions relative to other security
companies' product lines and strategies. Communicate concerns and trends to
PharmaSecure management and work together to address these.

*Support PharmaSecure’s expansion to new products and geographies, per the growth
strategy. Provide strategic consulting advice to help identify key opportunities for
market entry.

Qualifications

*Highly motivated and intelligent individual with expert interpersonal and oral/written
communication skills.

*Able to operate independently and flexibly in a start-up environment which is both
demanding and multicultural.

*At least 8-10 years of related experience in pharmaceutical companies, involving
promoting and selling systems and/or concepts.

*Proven track record of enterprise sales valued above Rs 25 lakh. Experience managing
and closing complex sales with multiple decision-makers is desired.

*Available for frequent travel (50-80% of time, depending on location and scope of
responsibilities).

*Exposure to healthcare and/or telecomm industries (e.g.; marketing, sales, security,
brand management, packaging, quality assurance, corporate social responsibility, etc).

*Written and oral fluency in English required.

*Individual will be based in Mumbai

Compensation
Candidates that meet all the above requirements will be considered for generous
compensation commensurate with their experience.
