| Team Leader - Semi Tech Process Job Description Knowledge of internet technologies (Dial up, DSL, Cable Modem) as per the requirement Proficient in MS Excel and MS Power Point Excellent research skills with proficiency in the usage of ‘search’ function Exemplary customer service focus with strong "Team Management" skills Possess strong analytical skills & maintain the highest level of troubleshooting skills Sensitized to customer needs and expectations, including cultural gap Ability to make a point without generating conflict and substantiate it with data Knowledge of metrics, their measurements, thresholds, targets and process owners People management skills and conflict resolution skills Ability to develop and deliver training Policies, process, procedures, confidentiality, business ethics, call flow and scripts Case handling workflows – for different scenarios Callback process, escalation process Reporting/Data logging process Trained and calibrated to monitor calls.
