| Technical Lead The Candidate must have 5+yrs experience in: 1. Full lifecycle application development 2. Designing, coding and debugging applications in various software languages. 3. Candidate skill set must be platform independent 4. Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis 5. Object-oriented Design and Analysis (OOA and OOD) 6. Software modeling and simulation 7. Front end graphical user interface design 8. Software testing and quality assurance 9. Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation. 10. Support, maintain and document software functionality 11. Integrate software with existing systems 12. Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation 13. Project Planning and Project Management 14. Maintain standards compliance 15. Implement localization or globalization of software Area Of Expertise: Architecture and Design: Requirements management, translating requirements and high level architecture to logical/physical design. Lead development team through full product lifecycle. OS: Linux, Windows server 2008 Development: SOAP XML, C, C++, Java, Databases (MySql, SqlServer, Oracle), AJAX, J2EE, Jasper, Development and management of SOAP based web services Configuration Management: Setup CM systems using open source version control (e.g. svn) and issue tracking. | |
