| Sales and Marketing Manager - Understand market trends, customer needs and competitive analysis to identify opportunities to develop and grow existing/new business; - If necessary, coordinate market research and market intelligence data; - Initiating innovative ideas to development sales channels and initiatives that maximize sales volumes and secure revenue; providing regular sales reports; - Providing direction in the development of innovative promotional collateral and participating in trade show events all presentations; - Responsible for recruiting, training and rewarding of outstanding sales teams; - Managing and developing area sales managers; - Develop wholesaler, retailer or any other business partner relationships; and - Visiting Customers (users) to promote our products QUALIFICATIONS: - Male/Female with either a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or MBA would be preferable; - Knowledge in brand management, sales management, marketing management; - Trade sales and marketing experience in jewelry accessories industry; - Proven sales track record that has met targets and deadlines; - Experience in managing a sales team and establishing sales routes; - Strong business acumen, networking and negotiation skills, presentation and computer skills; - Strong leadership, interpersonal and people management skills, team oriented, self-motivated, and good attitude; - Should have own vehicle and be able to travel extensively | |
