Details:
Senior Accountant

- Review and validate various day-to-day accounting functions such as AR, AP and GL;

- Record all accounting transaction in to accounting system;

- Prepare and submit monthly and yearly Tax report;

- Coordinate with auditor for providing yearly financial report to revenue department;

- Responsible for all taxation matters, contacting with the Revenue Department;

- Responsible for the overall management of accounting activities including costing analysis of operation, consolidation and preparation of financial, accounting and management reports;

- Perform administrative and research tasks related to tasked above responsibilities;

- Preparation of balance sheet, income and cash flow statements;

- Handling all banking affairs and bank relationships and loan applications;

- Perform financial management; and

- Undertake any duties assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Male/Female with Bachelor Degree or higher in Accounting / Finance or Business Administration;

- Advanced degree or professional certification (CPA, CIA, CFSA, etc.) is preferred;

- Must be able to review, monitor and appraise accounting system, accounting & business processes, internal control systems and risk exposures;

- Must be able to establish and develop Internal Control Guidelines;

- Able to perform internal audit with an emphasis of discovering creative accounting practices will receive the highest consideration;

- A strong, mature, self-driven and assertive person with a good analytical logical mind;

- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE!;

- Perform Internal Audit (i.e. financial, compliance and process investigations) on behalf of parent company and issue report in English;

- Review and consolidate inter-company accounts;
and
- Reconcile past and current inventory levels
