Assistant Vice President-Operations Objective To grow the Company to next quantum level. JOB DESCRIPTION & DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE The role will be that of General Management; encompassing operations, business, administration, man-management etc. Powai Labs is a start-up and the first indigenous Electronics Design Automation (EDA) company of the country. It is an IIT Bombay incubated and equity held entity; funded by Department of Science & Technology, Government of India. It is setting-up IMAGE VLSI Labs at different locations across the country. We need managers to manage client interaction, generating new business, operations, man-management etc. He/she has to be very competent in building a team and have good communication skills. OFFER & SELECTION PROCESS A person with entrepreneur acumen and proven track record will be best suited for the job. There will be fixed and performance based variable salary. People who will deliver will also get Shares in the Company and join the top management team; within a minimum window period of two years. People with long term objectives towards wealth creation for themselves, exponential career growth are most welcome to join us Education: Self starter with excellent written and spoken communication.
